There is too much suffering because Human heart is corrupt.  Our immoral behavior (lawlessness) results in other people suffering. It is the result of our sins because we disobey GOD and break His Laws. 

Example: If I divorce my wife, her life and my kids’ life will never be the same again. They are going to suffer forever because divorce brings too much evil into their lives? GOD tells us not to sin. Then we disobey and sin, then sin results in suffering and death…
